Customer operations
Identity, watchlist, exclusion, case, evidence, credential, and source information belongs inside the customer's authorized IDSENTRA environment and configured integrations.
Service information
Appropriate account, service, deployment, support, and system-health information may be used to provide contracted services subject to applicable agreements and policies.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for configuring and using IDSENTRA consistently with applicable privacy, retention, regulatory, security, and incident-response obligations.
